Sub-letting your holiday home couldn't be easier as we do all the work for you.

Our services can include:

 Advertising within our platforms and external sites

 Dealing with customer enquiries

 Taking bookings from initial enquiry through to the guests stay.

 Sending out payment receipts and booking forms

 Ensuring payments are made on time

 Payment of passes (where required)

Organising Cleaners and Hot Tub Maintenance

Cleaning of the holiday home externally and deep cleans

We can do as much or as little as you would like from managing the holiday home on a small scale to taking on the van as if it was our own.

We send monthly statements and give you full access to your own booking system to have the flexibility to see  what's being learnt, what's due to come in, who it is staying and much more.

Sub-letting your caravan with us  is risk free. If we don't sell a holiday then you do not pay anything. We also give you the flexibility of taking your own bookings should you wish too. 

Our fee is a commission of your rental income. 

Our commission rate is from 10% depending on which package you require from us.
