- Advertising across our own platforms and selected external sites
- Handling all customer enquiries
- Managing bookings from initial enquiry through to the guest’s stay
- Issuing booking confirmations and payment receipts
- Ensuring payments are received on time
- Arranging and paying for guest passes (where required)
- Organising cleaners and hot tub maintenance
- External cleaning and scheduled deep cleans
We can manage as much or as little as you like — from light-touch support to fully managing the caravan as if it were our own.

Risk-Free Letting
Sub-letting with us is completely risk-free.
If we don’t sell a holiday, you don’t pay a penny.

Fees
Our fee is a simple commission on rental income only, starting from 10%, depending on the package you choose.
