•  All Bookings require a £75 deposit to secure the dates with us unless its within 4 weeks and then full payment is due upon booking. 
• The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your stay.
• We ask for a £100 damages deposit on top of the total. This is for our security and once the cleaning company we use have carried out there checklist upon your checkout; we aim to refund this amount in full within 10 working days.
• Any one failing to make full payment 28 days prior to check in WILL lose there initial deposit and we will resell the dates.
• All Payments are made Online or over the telephone.
  The Initial £75 deposit is non refundable in any circumstance. We strongly advise taking out Travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances. By making a booking with Escape you are agreeing to these terms.

•  Send an email with your booking reference and we will add them to your booking 
• Private guests can pre-book their activities and swim slots before having their Guest Passes purchased but they must show passes to enter the facilities and attend their sessions.

• They are electronic and will be sent to your email address closer to your check in date.

• You can prebook activities without having your electronic copy of your passes. When you arrive too your booked time slot this is when you will be required to show your passes.

As and when we receive 2024 opening times, this will be updated accordingly.

•  It’s all done using our website. It’s super easy and we accept credit and debit card. 
• Use the calendar to select your date, click on the date and it will take you through the booking process. We only have Monday or Friday Check ins, we do not offer mid week or mid weekend check ins.

• Yes we are.  We accept small well behaved and toilet trained dogs. We charge an additional fee of £40. 

• Check in time is 4pm. An earlier check in time of 1pm may be available on request at an additional charge of £20.
• Check out is 10am for all caravans. A later check out time of 12pm may be available on request at an additional charge of £20.

• All our caravans have a key box to them. The code for the key box will be text to you (on the number provided on the booking form) on the day of arrival. It will be text at either 1pm or 4pm depending on your check in time. Please do not call or text before this time for the code.

We can accept online bookings, bank transfer and cheques.

Yes we send out a payment receipt after each booking/ payment. This will be sent via email to the email address provided.

The card provider also sends a separate receipt to you if you choose this option to pay.
