• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to your stay.
• A £100 refundable damages deposit is required in addition to the holiday cost.
  This is held for security and, following checkout and completion of the cleaning checklist, we aim to refund this within 10 working days, subject to no damage or issues.
• Any booking not paid in full 28 days before check-in will result in the loss of the initial deposit, and the dates will be relisted for resale.

• All payments are made online or over the telephone.

• The £50 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Private guests are able to pre-book activities and swimming sessions before their Guest Passes are purchased. However, valid guest passes must be shown to access the facilities and attend any booked sessions.

• Guest passes are electronic and will be sent to your email address closer to your check-in date.

• You can prebook activities without having your electronic copy of your passes. When you arrive too your booked time slot this is when you will be required to show your passes.

•  It’s all done using our website. It’s super easy and we accept credit and debit card. 
• Use the calendar to select your date, click on the date and it will take you through the booking process. We only have Monday or Friday Check ins, we do not offer mid week or mid weekend check ins.

• Yes we are.  We accept small well behaved and toilet trained dogs. We charge an additional fee which is property dependant.

• Check in time is 4pm. An earlier check in time of 1pm may be available on request at an additional charge of £20.
• Check out is 10am for all caravans. A later check out time of 12pm may be available on request at an additional charge of £20.

• All our caravans have a key box to them. The code for the key box will be text to you (on the number provided on the booking form) on the day of arrival. It will be text at either 1pm or 4pm depending on your check in time. Please do not call or text before this time for the code.

We can accept online bookings, bank transfer and cheques.

Yes we send out a payment receipt after each booking/ payment. This will be sent via email to the email address provided.

The card provider also sends a separate receipt to you if you choose this option to pay.

Night flying can take place from 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise.

It is carried out during military operations and to train aircrew.

Night flying training usually takes place from Monday to Thursday. The night flying period will often be for one week, but can be extended if required for operational or weather reasons.
